High School Friends

Mike and Dan discussing how to keep the Earth spinning correctly on its axis.

Patty, Judy, Mike, and Dan sharing one of the many stories that were shared.

Harold, one of our friends from the park, decided he wanted to take us all to one of the best Italian dinners ever.

Of course, no trip to Oroville would be complete without stopping at Bolt’s Tool Museum.

Mike looking for a tool to buy.

Judy, Patty, and Trish doing part of the constant stream of dishes that comes from 6 people eating and drinking together. Now, to keep this factual, most of us we made coffee for … from time to time

Notice that form? That was the award winning rock skipping form for the day!

We had such a wonderful time this week. It all began Tuesday morning, when Trish gave notice to her boss that she is retiring at the end of the year.

Then things really started to get crazy. Dan and Judy showed up here at the park with their trailer and their “baby truck”. Mike and Patty showed up too, begging for a place to sleep.  🙂  After 3 or 4 days of food, wine, good conversation, and lots of laughs, everyone decided they’d had enough, so they left us here alone.

We had such a wonderful time with old high school friends.
